According to a recent leak, Yelan will be rerun in the first phase of Update 4.0 with the banner of the new character Lyney. As the Geo Archon, Zhongli is one of the most powerful and reliable characters in Genshin Impact. He has been absent from the game for many updates. Therefore, lots of players are waiting for his rerun banners. If you are one of those players, save Primogems for his upcoming rerun banner in update 4.0.
As leaked, the Geo archon may come back in a rerun banner in the second phase of Update 4.0, after Yelan and Lyney's banners finish. Zhongli has been the best DEF character for Spiral Abyss teams up to now. You need his shield to save your team from dangerous bosses and pass all Spiral Abyss floors with 3 stars.
#3. Childe Rerun Banner
Childe is another Hydro bow wielder like Yelan. Therefore, it would be weird if two Hydro archers rerun in the same update. But according to a recent leak, the Eleventh Fatui Harbinger may come back to the game in the second phase of Genshin Impact 4.0 with Zhongli. The Hydro Nation will also be released in that update.
Tartaglia can play as a Hydro sub-DPS. Hydro is a meta-element in the game now which helps trigger lots of powerful elemental reactions. Therefore, you should save Primogems for this character or Yelan to build some strong meta-teams now.
Genshin Impact 4.0 Schedule
As leaked, Genshin Impact 3.9 will be skipped. Therefore, Update 3.4 will be released after the current Update 3.8 finishes. Here's the schedule of the next update as calculated based on the 42-day schedule of the game.
- Phase I - August 16, 2023;
- Phase II - September 5, 2023.
Genshin Impact 4.0 will be released soon. Therefore, you should save Primogems for these characters if you want to get them. A lot of players will choose to skip the first character of each nation. Therefore, the pick rate of these rerun characters can be high. But these leaks haven't been confirmed yet.
